I have lived the majority of my life in the Lower Mainland and have seen it's development.  The first home I grew up in was in Richmond which my parents purchased for $30,000.. It's now worth $1.5 million.  Needless to say things have changed a lot.  I lived in Kits, Mount Pleasant, Downtown, White Rock, Fairview and well many other Vancouver neighborhoods..transient comes to mind!.  Vancouver truly has a lot to offer for us. 

 

I am an aviation enthusiast (pilot) and have been enjoying the friendly skies for several years.  (Willing to take Real Estate clients on rides).  I've been part of the local acting scene for many years and I also enjoy the national pasttime of Ice Hockey but do not Riot.
